When I opened the window to check on the temp. I saw this little hummingbird so I went to get my camera hoping she would go from flower to flower and sure enough she did so I got my picture finally. Now if I can get her brother with the pretty ruby neck it will even be better. But this is my first picture of a hummingbird ever so I thought I would share it.
Its another warm day today so I have to hurry and get out there to water and fertilize my flowers as they are needing it now... It may rain tonight but they really need to be fertilized with good ole Miracle Grow... Hope you all have a beautiful day

Delightful! Very nice. It's an excellent humming bird shot for your first! Hopefully there will be many more :-)
What a great shot! I haven't seen any hummingbirds around my flowers. Hopefully some will show up. I'm trying to root a bee balm since my neighbor said it really attracts them.
