Beautiful Sunny day

This is the strangest picture.... I was trying to take a picture of my Christmas bells I put on my window and no matter what I did I could not take a good picture to show how the bells really look. It will be a challange now ~ maybe nighttime will be the time I can take the picture.
We havent gotten any snow yet but its here in Wisconsin so it should be headed our way soon I guess. Milwaukee got some pretty snow yesterday and thats not too far, funny though, its south of us and we should have gotten it first.
Yesterday we got our flu shots finally. We went to a place near us and it was cancelled so I made an appointment at my doctors clinic and we had to wait a month. But we got it now and are all set. We had a nice day after that. We went to Wal Mart and did some shopping. They had a Barbie suitcase I wanted to get for my Grandaughter and I found another little gift for Leo and a couple of gifts for those who find the pickle on the tree. Then we went to a favorite place to eat lunch and to Kmart to look for a christmas throw rug... did not find a rug I liked but we ran into Leo's sister and talked and talked. Have not seen her for a long time. She is always so busy.
So we had a nice day. Just didn't feel like getting groceries so today will do that. Gotta eat I guess. Hope I find some healthy good food today.... I guess I should make out a list.
Hope your day is sunny and happy, Sandra

All my window sills are full of bells too !  and we also do the pickle on the tree - the first one to find it gets to open a gift first !  No snow yet today here !  'On Ya'  - ma

Your yard looks like summer yet with the green trees :)
The bells are very pretty - such a nice collection. I hope you post a night picture so the colors and details show up better. I bet you're glad you got that flu shot - takes some worry out of the winter. Hopefully it will be a mild flu season. I always count on everyone else getting vaccinated so I don't get the flu, but that's not happening this year. I just yell at Scott to wash his hands more after school lol.

On my camera I have to use back flash when I take a dark picture against a light background and then it doesn't always work.  I never heard of that pickle thing until you started talking about it.  Those nice green trees are the kind I always want to plant in my yard but I always get the wrong kind.

The picture is very lovely and peaceful looking.  It's just so inviting it makes want to go outside and just sit amidst the beauty in your yard.

the photo turned out nice regardless, and I see you captured the bells above, but fill flash would have captured the bells in daylight too.  your exposure was based on the view outside, not what was going on inside, or the flash would have gone off.  anyway, I'm glad you got them in the other photo, they are really nice!

Thanks for the comment about fill flash... I never even thought of that... I will try it tomorrow!  Sandra
