I went to a shower today for my nephews girlfriend... it was nice to see everyone again.... even if it was a beautiful Sunday. Most of my sisters were there and we got a chance to sit and chat and eat and chat some more.... guess what, even Owen, Janice's grandson was there with his mother. Let me tell you he is just as sweet in person.
They had good food and drinks and lots of chatting. I enjoyed myself!!!! Who ever invented showers did a good thing.... and guess what. Janice took her camera too... I hope she got some nice pictures. I have to learn to bring mine along... Maybe I need a smaller one that fits in my purse for these occasions.... anyway we had a nice Sunday afternoon. Leo loves to go fishing and I love to read plus other things. we have 7 Children and 5 grandchildren 3 step grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, 2 step great grands.I also love baseball and racing and a little bit of the Packer football games....I'm widowed now,Leo died of cancer sept 29, 2010. I miss him like he was part of me that left. I read a lot now and spend time on the computer.especially in winter.

I love to go to showers. I always have fun and love to give. Sounds like you had a nice time. Sorry it took me so long to get over here to your journal. It's been nuts on the career front these days.
