I just got back from the dentist and have my partial in my mouth again.... they were speedy but now I have to get used to something new in my mouth.... Hope it doesn't take too long but it is strange.... I look ok so I guess that is one plus.... not great but ok. This time when he did grinding it wasn't on my tooth anyway but on the fake one and he took that out to work on it. LOL Why is it I even get nervous going to the dentist for something like this when I just knew minutes before I was going is behond me but I'm still shaking. I guess that dentist we had as kids really did a number on me..... he would drill until it hurt and then stick a filling in the hole..... I guess I couldn't take the hurt so my teeth rotted from under the filling and eventually had to have them all replaced and that was just the beginning of my nightmares with the dentist. This one is very nice to me but he scares me to death..... and a nicer man you would never meet. Now maybe I can eat supper tonight..... First I have to make it. LOL Oh and he told me not to bite on anything hard with that tooth ???? He said you probably wouldn't anyway... I wonder what he meant.... I suppose I will have to remember to bite on the other side or it will mean another trip to the dentist, huh?
Today was a very muggy sort of day with rain early and now Leo is cutting the grass because he heard we will get another rain tomorrow and he thinks it will be a foot high by the time it drys out.... Now he won't be worried about it. He went fishing today and caught 4 fish all different kinds so he had fun. He's going to be very tired tonight.
All I did today was the necessary house stuff and the store and dentist but I bet I will be tired too. :)It's supposed to be only in the 40's tomorrow for a high and up north they may even get snow..... I think this is the last of the cold though and it will be warming up from now on.
Wonder who is going to get kicked off American Idol tonight?

I'm glad it's over and done with. I think you were very brave to get in there and have everything taken care of so quickly. I really hate dealing with appointments, too. I think Katherine will get voted off tonight although I'd rather it be Elliott, but Tom said he did really good last night. It sure is fun having it to watch though. Never used to hardly watch TV at all, but the last couple years I've managed to have a show or 2 every night lol.
Glad that you got your dentist trip behind you. I went today also and have to go again next Tues. I kept putting mine off because it is hard for me to sit still long. Helen
I haven't watched that show but I hear it's pretty good. I just don't care for that one judge that hurts everyone's feelings. I remember there was a man with gray hair and he told him he would never be a singer. I'm waiting to see Stigmata on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. Looks spooky but I like the actress that's in it. Just the word dentist scares me...you are very brave to go two days in a row. My grass is more than a foot high in the back and about half a foot in the front. I get so many pretty birds that I contemplate each year about not cutting the back, but I always end up cutting it. I got a small flock of birds today that the breast was white and the back was black and they had pointy yellow beaks, I wonder what they were.
Nice to have that dental work behind you. I'm glad they can fix it. I'm afraid of the dentist too. I go to Dental Associates because they are cheap, but I wish I could afford one that would be a little more sensitive. I hope it's not supposed to freeze this week because I have some annuals planted. As for American Idol, I suppose Katherine will go because she screwed up a few times. I hope so anyway because I don't like her. Elliott has a good voice but is a bit scary looking. I like Chris; think he will be the big winner. Also like the twitchy one, but don't think he will win. I love that show; watch it every week.
