I guess its just about time I put an entry into my journal... time sure does speed by at this time of year doesn't it? I took some pictures of my yard this morning. It's unblieveable isn't it how fast things grow.... I'm finally going to plant a few tomato plants this week end but not much else... I have so much planted already I don't need to plant any more. Maybe I will just enjoy summer this year. I did get a few hanging baskets and some plants for my planters and need one more but I saved a lot of money this year by not buying too much.... well it's not over yet so I will probably get a few more things but I'm not going crazy like other years and we will see if anyone notices. :) I'm happy the way things are so thats what counts isn't it.... My tomato plants came but are very very small so I wonder if I will get any of those great tomatoes..... I will show you if I do.
We haven't planned anything this week end but maybe we will go to the parade and of coarse church and probably at least one day of shopping.... Garden shopping :>) If I do I will show you what I got. Hope you are having a wonderful holiday week end too.

Your flowers are beautiful. Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend. Helen
Hi Sandra ,your garden is lovely ,Ithink there comes a time when you realise you have done all you need to in a garden, though I'm not convinced you wont be putting some more plants in there lol I hope you have a lovely weekend whatever you decide to do ....Jan xx
Looks as though you'll have a wonderful place to enjoy your summer. Yum....fresh tomatoes! - Barbara
I just got back from garden shopping. We got some plants for the pot on the front steps. The garden center we went to had lovely hanging baskets with a tiny blue flower, some deep purple petunias and a tiny frilly yellow daisy of some sort. So we got the plants and will put them in our pots. (I'm sorry I don't know the flowers names. I'll try and get a picture to show. Also had to get new pots as the old ones were pretty shabby looking. It's lovely to get outside ! The sun is heavenly ! 'On Ya'- ma
Your flowers are so pretty. I enjoyed the tour. If you don't add any more, or just a few, it will be easier for you. I plant a little less every year and still have so much to look at. Then when the really hot and dry days come, you won't have to water so much. We don't have much planned this weekend either.
YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL YARD SANDRA!!! HOPE YOU HAVE A GOOD WEEKEND!
LOVE,
CARLENE

Your yard is so beautiful - it's hard to believe it's only May by the size of everything! I especially like the palms with the wicker furniture. Your patio looks like a tropical resort :)
Sorry I missed this entry when you posted it. I just love your porch it is so American just like the ones we see on the telly and in the movies. Must be just lovely to sit there with a good book with your feet up. Love Joan.
