I entered this once and now I forgot what I had to say.... the other one disappeared. :)
I went to the doctor today and everything was fine... now I hope its only one more visit in 3 weeks and I will be finished.... I hope. I'm trying to take better care of myself and started getting my teeth fixed and now the doctor and then my eyes.... I will feel so good when its all done. things I keep putting off and making into a big deal and if I just would do it it would be so much better. I will learn eventually I guess. So far I have lost 14#'s too which I believe is helping my blood pressure go down... I suppose after I lose about 20 more I will have to go back and get my presure etc checked again.... but I will do what must be done because I want to feel good...... wasn't feeling the best there for awhile but am starting to get a little better.... after the doctor we went to get a new flag for Flag day on Wednesday. the old one looks so dingy ~ I wonder if it can be washed. I think I will try before we burn it. I believe its nylon, so it should be washable.
now after putting this in twice I think I had enough computer tonight and will go and read for awhile. Hope your haveing a good night, Sandra

Leo loves to go fishing and I love to read plus other things. we have 7 Children and 5 grandchildren 3 step grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren, 2 step great grands.I also love baseball and racing and a little bit of the Packer football games....I'm widowed now,Leo died of cancer sept 29, 2010. I miss him like he was part of me that left. I read a lot now and spend time on the computer.especially in winter.

Your garden looks lovely and the flowers in it ,so pleased you are feeling better,keep up the good work,teeth eyes etc,well done on the weight loss ,its not easy ,I would have a go at washing your flag ..........Jan xx
Your garden look very large but you keep it lovely is'nt great getting plants as a gift. You always remember the friend when you look at the plant. I have a few like that in my garden that hubby and our son have given me and they are so special. LOve and take care Joan.
Hi Sandra, your garden is really lovely, you do a great job making it look so nice. Good for you losing all that weight, it certainly will make you feel much better and will probably lower your blood pressure quite a bit. :o)

Your gardens are beautiful. Glad you are losing the weight and that you B/P is coming down. I love you little dogs. Sounds like we doing some of the same things lately. Eyes, Dentist, I need to do your weight thing though. Hope you have a nice day. Helen
