winter is coming back

I thought I would show you some of the flowers that started to bloom in our yard.... we did have a couple of days of warm weather and now the darm weatherman says we will be getting a couple of inches of snow again..... Easter this year will be very very cold. My husband and I were just talking about what we should wear and I will be wearing my lavender cashmere sweater and black pants with necklaces etc to cheer me up. I will probably have to wear a winter coat too. We will be going out to eat brunch after church with the family that still live in Green Bay so it will be a nice day anyway. I suppose a week later it will begin to warm up again. for good this time I hope. today its raining and I am staying in. Leo went fishing and got damp through all his clothes so decided to cut it short. He caught 1 big fish but didnot take a picture of it...
It doesn't seem possible that by the end of this month we will have leaves on the trees again. Until then I will bide my time. :)
If I don't come in again before Easter I hope everyone has a beautiful and Blessed Easter.
Sandra

Aw the garden looks lovely and your home does too. What a shame all thel ittle plants will be covered in snow again.Grrrr.They can withstand it though.Actually some like the snow it keeps there roots warm believe it or not. It's the frosts thats the problem with plants.I hope you too have a lovely Blessed Easter Time.Your outfit sounds pretty and warm too.Maybe next time Leo makes a catch, you can take a pic for us.Take care God Bess.

You have a wonderful Easter, as well. We will be having a chilly Easter. But it will still be a nice day and the flowers will be blooming in your garden before you know it.

Hugs,

Deb

Hi Sandra,  The weather`s been a bit like that here too.  It was lovely and warm the last few days but it`s really cold today. Luckily the plants I have in my garden are ok with the temperatures but I do hope it doesn`t get any colder. The forecastors say it`ll be warm again at Easter but I prefer to wait and see!

Love Sandra xxxx

We will have winter for Easter too !  Yes, sweaters and heavy coats will be what I wear too.  Some of my children will be at church, but then they go to the 'other half's' parents for dinner.  Our family celebration wlll be the following Sunday. Hope it warms up so the grand'babes' can have an Easter egg hunt outside.  Take care and keep warm.  'On Ya' - ma

Lavender cashmere sounds perfect.  Unreal how cold it is today.  We had a blowout yesterday, and poor Tom was out there on the highway trying to fix it while I was reading the directions.  Thankfully, a young neighbor stopped and finished the job for him.  We're going for brunch too so I ordered a bunny sweater from QVC.  Hope it gets here in time.  Your flowers are darling.  I'm trying to get Tom to pull out our bushes in front so I can have flowers there instead.  The bushes are dying anyway.
