So far we have gone to a few different grocery stores looking for one that suits us and is close to home.... I will tell you we won't be finding just one I'm afraid but will have to go to several to find everything we want. Yesterday I went to another Jubilee store about 3 miles from here and it was nice in a way that it had the bakery items we like but the store is not the cleanest ~ same name and same baked goods but not nearly as nice and clean as we are used to and didn't have the items we wanted either so today I went to the giant one that is taking all the business away from the small stores.... took me four times as long as my store because its 4 times as big and That does not make me happy. There is another store in a different direction and about a mile and a half away but the prices are too high and they don't have everything either. I can't just run to the store anymore if you understand what I mean. We were spoiled I guess but it sure would be nice if someone would take it over and begin again but I guess that s not going to happen any time soon and I have to drive and drive and drive to get just a loaf of bread or a bottle of milk etc. I'm just like a little kid aren't I ~~~ stamping my feet because there is no way I can have what I want.... So I will keep looking until I come upon a place I can call my own.... that is just down the block a way.... Lol

Well I still go to Mason Brothers Red Owl on the corner of 12th/9th. Not many people go there though but they have a good supply usually. I like Copps for the things I get. I like Amy brand of vegetarian and also their produce is good...that is to say they almost always have artichokes and pomegranites my favorite meal. I go to that Jubilee you went to sometimes but they aren't very friendly there so don't go very often. And I also go to the store by the log cabin, it's a fun place.
I like Copps too but would really like to go somewhere where I don't have to go on the highway or busy streets..... I guess those places are gone for good though
I'm like you. I'm picky about where I shop and I don't want to have to travel very far. Around here we have 3 choices; Shop-Rite, Stop and Shop or A&P. The A&P is closest, plus they're clean and have a good selection. Anyway, keep searching.
