Happy Holidays
I had fun today giving my puppies treats so I could take pictures.... these are the ones that turned out the best..... they are so sweet I could have taken them for hours but didn't think that would be nice. Peaches is the oldest at 1 & 1/2 and Twinkie is her brother and he is just 7 months old now.... they are good pals and my wonderful companions along with my Kitty Charlie! I am so lucky to have such great pets this year after having such a sad year last year when i lost 2 precious cats and our 2 wonderful dogs...... Smokie and Grizabella my kitty kats and Peppi my little tiny chihuahua and Loopi our beautiful Westie...... I will never ever forget those precious pets of ours. So I can't believe how I can love my new pets so much already while still missing my old friends...... funny isn't it. Oh, in case you were wondering Peaches and Twinkie are long haired Chihuahua's and they are the offspring of the same parents. Very sweet, loving, dogs I may add.

Peaches and Twinkle look so cute. :)
Your dogs are precious and you actually did find the secret to animal photography! Lol! ( Dogs anyways). A little tip to help your photos come out great, Try using a solid color backdrop like black or white. It is hard to take a good picture of an animal with a "busy" background. Hope this will help!

Adorable pics! I agree you have found the secret for photographing dog and puppies. They will do anything for a great treat. My cats, on the other hand, could care less and would not consider posing for anything. To get pics of them I have to just watch them play and take pic after pic hoping to catch the perfect photo. But, I wouldn't trade them for anyting. They are members of my family.
I know what you mean about taking pictures of your cats. My Charlie is the same but always seems to be posing and I have some really nice pictures of him too. And as far as the background goes~ I put them on the blanket on purpose as some of my best Christmas pictures of my pets have a background like that. I had taken it with a plain background and it didn't tell the story I wanted.... Thanks for the help anyway :)
