Rainy day in Green Bay

These flowers are so pretty its a good thing I didn't pull them out. See what the leaves look like.... well that is all you see for a long time and they grow to almost a foot and then they fall down and these beautiful white flowers come up from the center... I planted bulbs but I don't remember the name and every year I want to pull them out until I remember what they are. They close on a cloudy day and at night though. Which is ok because they are in bloom for a couple of weeks at least.

I have some flowers I planted around a tree and I always almost forget they are flowers and that I planted them there. They get very tall before they bloom into a tall thin purple flower. Paula
