Brrrrrrrr

It's pretty cold here in Green Bay this morning. I guess its time to break records for the coldest August in history. I hope that means we will at least have a warm winter to balance it all out, but who knows what winter will bring... I will just enjoy the sun today and it will be a good day to work in the yard as its sunny and cool. Yesterday we got 20 min. of rain. The first rain in 6 weeks. It rained pretty hard though so we must have gotten at least 1/2 of and inch. I hope these roses bloom a little longer yet as they are getting so pretty again. Last night the cities north of us had a frost warning already. This will be known as the first year I didn't get my tomatoes to ripen... It started off so cold and then so much rain that we couldn't plant them on time. The plants are sure pretty and if it was July I guess they would be right on schedule...
Have a nice day!
Sandra

Gorgeous flower. Glad I don't have to say Brrrrr yet. We're still in the 90's, but every once in awhile we'll get a cooler day. Sorry you didn't get your tomatoes to ripen. Nothing tastes as good as *home grown.*  Hugs *Barb*

Oh what a gorgeous photo. I love coming here and seeing your pictures.
As for the weather, it's been and odd weather summer all around. The only really hot days seem to be the rainy or overcast days.

Wow, frost warnings already?  Makes you wonder what winter will be like.  I hope the winter will be mild for you.  We're pretty hot here.  Yesterday we were 88 but we are cooling down a little bit by the weekend.

Lovely picture.  But I wouldn't expect anything less from you.  :-)
