Hello everyone.... :)

Hi,
We had another beautiful day today but I was so tired I couldn't really stay awake this afternoon. I got some pictures developed for Leo and a few odds and ends and came home and fought sleep. I feel like its midnight .... I stayed up trying to be awake to tape the Popes funeral and did make it to tape it but then went to bed and kept trying to get up just to see a bit of it... I didn't hear it was going to be on again tonight at 7. Joke was on me I guess but there is nothing like being there as it really happens either.
This was in our church bullitin Sunday:

We found out yesterday Leo has cancer again.... this time its on his eyelid... he got it cut out but has to go back now and get it done again to make sure and then get reconstructive surgery by a plastic surgeon that only does eyelids.... Isn't that amazing. He went fishing today as its such a beautiful day. He promised he would wear his baseball hat and sunglasses... I hope sunscreen too. and I hope everyone is wearing their sunscreen. I sure will be more careful from now on too.

Have a wonderful evening, Sandra

P.S. isn't this little bug cute? I got it at Wal Mart today for $2 and something... I bought 3. It said it could be used on the edge of a pot or on a tree branch. It says the wings move in the wind.... I couldn't resist.

Sandra,
Thanks for including the Thoughts from the church bulletin. So sorry to hear about Leo, and fishing would certainly be the best therapy. LOL! That bug is cute, don't ya just love cute yard ornaments? Take care.        ~Deborah

The bug is very cute. It's amazing what you can find in stores these days.  I do hope Leo is wearing sun screen!  I hope everything turns out OK for him.  I never knew they has eye lid specialists.

I know Leo won't stay out of the sun, what with fishing and golfing, so I hope he follows your advice about the hat, glasses and sunscreen.  That lotion is kind of a pain; but if it works, it's worth the nuisance.  Also, I love that bug.  Hope they have some left when I get there.
