Where does the week go I wonder? It was just Monday wasn't it? So I had a nice week and hope you all did too. Didn't do much because I don't remember where it went, LOL
Yesterday I went out with my sisters for the day and we had a wonderful day! I LOVE my sisters. I am so blessed!!!!!!!! We started out at a coffee shoppe and ended up at a restaurant, can't do better than that can you? I haven't eaten much since either but am now starting to get hungry.... only had coffee and a yoplait light so far.... gotta figure out what to eat.... I would rather go out and look at a menu wouldn't you? :)
My plants and bulbs came in the mail so now I have to plant already. I have to plant them as soon as I get them so I was outside this morning planting. Didn't get all the bulbs in yet but perhaps if it is nice tomorrow I will finish with my bulbs. I planted 25 today and 10 mini roses and 3 little plants.... darn I forgot the name already and just got them at Steins yesterday.... darn, too tired to go and look for the tag but they are cute little plants and so colorful too. Early spring bloomers... just like the one Janice planted in her fancy pot.
So it really feels good having the plants and bulbs in the ground like I'm supposed to and now I will be worried about my expensive bulbs from Dutch Farms until I get them in the ground too. I suppose I should mark the spots now or I may be digging them up again.... I have too many so I guess I will take my chances. Some of the lilies I had in the ground are already coming up, some just peaking through and some about 6 inches high or more already..... and the tulips haven't even bloomed yet... Its going to be another beautiful summer I think!
Well, I guess I had better go and get my little dogs in and do something around here.... they are talking about food on QVC and they are really making me hungry... those Ribs they sell sure look delicious.... I don't eat much beef though so I will pass. I ate a hamburger yesterday with all the trimmings and it was good but I won't be eating beef again probably for another few weeks or more.
